RETURNS

At Allthingshills, our goal is to provide our customers with impeccable service, the highest quality goods, and of course, delicious coffee and top quality spices. We want you to be happy with your Allthingshills experience, so we strive to make sure our return policies reflect that.

 
Coffee beans and coffee powder are perishable goods. Our coffee beans are roasted to order, and coffee powder is powdered to size depending on your preference, so we're unable to accept returns on coffee.

  
If you are dissatisfied with your order of any of our spices in any way, don’t hesitate to reach out to us about a return or exchange within 2 days of purchase. It is easy, just email us at info@allthingshills.com.

 

REFUND

We hope that we are able to provide you with coffee and spices that suits your taste and lifestyle. However, if you receive a damaged or defective product, please write to us at info@allthingshills.com and we will help you process a refund on a case by case basis, if eligible.

 

You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies. If you happen to use bank transfer or UPI as a mode of payment, we will not be able to reverse the amount and need to initiate a separate transaction with your account and / or UPI details. Once we have these details, we will process the refund within 5-7 days, if eligible.

SHIPPING POLICY 

SHIPPING POLICY

 Coffee and spices are shipped via our delivery partners within a day or two of placing the order. The estimated shipping time is 3-7 days for metro cities and 5-8 days for non-metro cities in India. We are yet to start shipping internationally, but will start soon.

 

DELIVERY CHARGES

 Allthingshills offers Free Shipping across all orders with no Minimum Order Value.

Orders from areas like the north east and J&K will require additional shipping fees.
